打開注冊表進入

已找到問題的原因，罪魁禍首就是IP-Guard。。。。
首先用增強型任務管理器或360進程管理器查看有沒有下面兩個進程，有的話，百分之百是IP-Guard的原因。

至於啟用U盤之後U盤被限制打開及被隱藏等問題，大家網路一下吧，修改相關注冊表就OK了。。

1.右鍵點擊我的電腦－－>管理，然後選擇設備管理器-->通用串列匯流排控制器－－>有兩個usb root hub 禁用這兩個項目裡面 ：常規－－>設備方法－－>停用 (如果是這個被禁止了,你可以修改為啟用就OK)
2. 打開開始「運行」輸入regedit回車
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR\Start",4,"REG_DWORD"(如果是這個的話,你可以把4修改為3)
把鍵值start由3改為4即可。
3.重新啟動系統，按Delete,進入BIOS，禁用USB 由於BIOS種類比較多，就不說啦，具體禁用方法很簡單的～～ (這個比較麻煩,你自己參考主板說明修改,操作還是相當簡單的)
4.下載超級兔子最新版本，選擇-->超級兔子魔法設置-->文件及媒體－－>U盤－－>禁止使用U盤儲蓄功能
有很多軟體都提供U盤禁止功能，我就不一一說出來啦
同時我提供U盤禁止自動播放的方法
進入組策略：在運行對話框內輸入gpedit.msc並確定---用戶配置---管理模板---系統---雙擊「停用自動播放」---點擊「啟用」，在下面下拉菜單內選擇「所有驅動器」，然後確定，關閉組策略，就OK了。
